In a world where we are divided, restrained,

Gaslighted, and chained

By ideologies, or fears,

Yoga pants, and brassieres

It is unfurling, free-flowing,

Relaxed, easy-going.

It’s very nature creates

movement and space

It allows for flexibility, recalibration, forgiveness

And grace.

Best worn with a wide open smile,

And arms in the air

Head thrown back, eyes closed,

Feet and soul bare.

When we step into its energy,

and spin round and round

We too will be released, unfettered

Unbound.
